Print Studio Membership is a way for you to gain access to our community print studio, facilities, and additional perks. Our members are a vital part of supporting our studio.
Neighborhood Print Studio offers monthly and yearly memberships. Our yearly membership costs $150 per year to be able to book open studio time for $10.00 per hour. This is great for artists who know they want to use the studio for a limited time but do not want to commit to a monthly membership.
Our monthly subscriptions have two tiers of access: full-time access and part-time access. Both tiers have open studio hours bundled into the price. Full-time access is $160 per month for 50 hours of open studio time($3.20/hr), and our part-time access is $80 for 20 hours of open studio time($4/hr). Our monthly memberships are for those who prefer to frequent a community print studio, and are a cost-effective option for those who would like to use our facilities for longer hours.
All memberships require a one-time $60.00 deposit. This is non-refundable and non-transferable. This deposit can carry over from year to year or month by month, but must be maintained at $60.00. The deposit will be sent separately as an invoice after registration is complete.
What do our members have access to?
Our print members have access to all of our printmaking and bookbinding equipment and facilities. Take a look at our facilities page to better acquaint yourself with what our studio offers or arrange a tour with our Print Studio Director or Print Studio Manager.
Members can pop in or book open studio hours in advance to be able to work on their own projects. During open studio hours members have the opportunity to discuss with print staff about their project and request technical assistance when needed.

How do you become a member?
To become a member you must first begin our inquiry process. In this inquiry form you will share with us what printmaking experience you have, what facilities you plan to work in the print studio, and which membership you are interested in enrolling in. Once you have filled out the inquiry form, our staff will reach out to you to complete the membership process.
If you do not have printmaking experience we ask artists to take one of our Membership Introduction Workshops or any of our other classes/workshops to gain certification in the printmaking method you plan to work in.
Once you become a member you can immediately start booking or coming in for open studio hours.
