We are excited to share some of the lovely paintings made by students of treasured teaching artist Pablo Shine. The watercolor pieces are on display at the Energy Square community room at 20 Cedar Street. Stop by The DRAW when we’re open to check it out.

There will be a reception for the artists and their friends to see the work on Saturday April 12, from 4 -6 pm.

This comprehensive watercolor course was designed for both beginners with little or no experience and intermediate students looking to enhance their skills. Through a structured series of exercises, participants explored the fundamental and intermediate concepts of watercolor painting and drawing from observation. Using still-life subject matter within a controlled lighting situation, students were guided through the meditative process of art-making.
