- D.R.A.W. moved to the YMCA and established classes and workshops taught by teaching artists throughout the year for people of all ages.
- PUGG started curating exhibits at the Kingston Artist Collective, in the Rondout. PUGG hosted monthly shows, including its first Teaching Artist Show.
